Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window

  • 30 days from delivery date for exchanges or store credit
  • 15 days from delivery date for refunds to original form of payment
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached

Non-returnable items

  • Personalized or embroidered items
  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by customer
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE

Return Process

  1. Contact customer service at contact@galopababy.com  
  2. Receive return authorization and prepaid shipping label 
  3. Package items securely with original packaging
  4. Drop off at designated shipping location
  5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Refund Timelines

  • Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Store Credit: Issued immediately upon return processing
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)

    If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

    1. Double-check your bank account or credit card.

    2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
